Anyone in your company can nominate anyone else.
Who approves badges?
You decide. Give admin rights to your HR manager, or to several people who can evaluate each case. They review every nomination against the badge's criteria and approve or decline it.
Can we create our own badges?
Yes. Create badges for your values and milestones, and we'll design them to match your brand.
Can a team earn a badge?
Yes. Badges can go to individuals or whole teams.
Do badges show up in annual reviews?
Yes. Badges feed into each person's annual review automatically, right alongside their work feedback ratings.
